2009 A Year of History
2009 Was a year in real estate history, that will live on forever.
We celebrated the accomplishments of many on Friday April 23, 2010, at our annual Awards Event! Charlie Young President of ERA Franchise System joined us and discussed the past, present and future of ERA and real estate in general.
The celebration was terrific and everyone had a great time.

Have your heard?
The $8,000 credit was scheduled to lapse on Dec. 1
but will now be in effect till the end of June 2010.
All homebuyers must sign a contract before April 30 and close by June 30.
The income limits were also raised:
Single buyers can now earn up to $125,000
and still get the full credit while a married couple can earn $225,000.
First-time buyers --
those who have not
owned a home in the past three years --
still qualify for an $8,000 rebate.
Great new addition!
Those that want to trade up can also qualify.
Those who have owned and occupied a residence
for at least five years out of the past eight
can claim a $6,500 tax credit if
they close on a purchase by the end of June 2010.
You should consult with your tax advisor for all tax questions.

There are many factors when an offer is presented to a home seller. Consider the terms, which includes the timing of the closing, down payment and type of mortgage / condition of the mortgage. Review and verify all information on the offer. If you are using a real estate professional, review all these options with the real estate agent, if not consult an attorney to discuss the offers.
