I am writing to express my great experience with Char Large as my real estate agent. Although we closed on our home last November, about 8 months ago, I am writing now because it has been exactly one year since Char started working with me. I am reflecting on our time together last summer and fall.
Since you work with Char, you undoubtedly know the amazing effort and enthusiasm she brings to her work, but this was a real eye-opener for me! I know that Char had many clients but it felt as though I was her only one. Almost constantly Char would e-mail me with new ideas, leads for houses, suggestions, and steps I needed to take. She would call me and return my calls immediately - any time of day, any day of the week. She kept a folder with all of the houses she researched for us. This folder became so large that it soon became multiple folders. She would actually go to the houses and take notes on them prior to the day she would bring my wife and I to see them. Char even postponed and sacrificed her own vacation in early September when we were getting very close to closing on a house. Char made me feel like I was the most important house shopper in the world.
Char's expertise was as comprehensive as her effort and enthusiasm. Char knows every detail of every step of the housing process. This was so very important for my wife and I because we had never bought a house before. Char walked us through every step from identifying our wants and needs in a home to the endless paperwork at closing time! If it wasn't for Char I believe our housing search would not have turned out this well - we would have bought a house that wasn't right for us or picked the wrong home inspector or made some other critical mistake. We have Char to thank for us being able to key into this particular home each and every day!

I'm excited to tell you that I have chosen to serve as a Rockland County MDA Jailbird and am being Locked-Up in MDA jail on
Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at Black Bear in Nyack...that's right, I'm going behind bars to help Jerry's Kids©. In order to be released on good behavior, I need your help to raise my “bail.”
